As standard you will receive basic remote hands support. This includes basic support queries and occasional reboots during office hours.

Port One also offers full maintenance contracts where we take care of all of your servers starting from £10 per month for a single server to £200 per month for full server, firewall and operating system support and maintenance. This service includes a 24 hour call out, full on site service and full monitoring of all of your equipment 24/7

General technical support is charged at £60 per hour office hours (9am-6pm GMT Mon-Fri) and £120 per hour outside of these times (includes UK holidays). Advanced support is offered at the same rate and is described as the installation of software, configuration of your server, firewall management and more advanced trouble shooting.

Port 1 can also provide you with live graphs to monitor your bandwidth use and can offer complete peace of mind using APC Remote Console servers (if your server locks up you can access the BIOS or console remotely) and APC Remote Reboot ports. Today's servers are ultra-reliable but we all know it can happen and usually at peak times....
